This interactive class is designed to provide comprehensive support and knowledge for new parents, ensuring you are well-prepared for the first month of your baby’s life.

• Newborn Care: Detailed guidance on how to care for a newborn, including feeding, diapering, and general hygiene practices.
• Bathing: Step-by-step instructions on how to safely bathe a newborn, including tips on maintaining water temperature and handling the baby during bath time.
• Diapering: Essential techniques for proper diapering, ensuring comfort and cleanliness for the baby.
• Infant and Sleep Safety: Crucial information on creating a safe sleep environment for the baby, reducing the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and other sleep-related concerns.
• Soothing Techniques: Practical methods for soothing a newborn, including swaddling, gentle rocking, and understanding the baby’s cues for comfort.
