Registration Requirements:
To register, you will need to provide the following:

• Proof of Pregnancy:

  • Dated ultrasound
  • Medical provider confirmation
  • Birth certificate (for babies 0–3 months)

• Proof of Seminole County Residency:

  • Copy of lease or utility bill
  • Photo ID with current picture
  • Voter’s registration card
