Join Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County for monthly childbirth classes to help you get ready for your baby’s arrival!
These classes are all about learning:
- What to expect during labor
- How to take care of your newborn
- And feeling confident when it’s time to welcome your little one
Each class is taught by a certified childbirth educator.
What to Bring
- Support Person
- Bring someone who will be with you during your baby’s birth.
- Blanket or Yoga Mat
- For practicing comfort techniques and relaxation exercises.
- Two Pillows
- These will help you stay comfortable during the class.
