Childbirth Education Class

Join Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County all-day childbirth class.

This all-day event is designed to help you get ready for your baby’s arrival.

Each class is led by a certified childbirth educator who will teach you everything you need to know for labor, delivery, and caring for your newborn.

What to Bring

• Support Person

  • Bring someone who will be with you during your baby’s birth.

• Blanket or Yoga Mat

  • For practicing comfort techniques and relaxation exercises.

• Two Pillows

  • These will help you stay comfortable throughout the day.

• Water

  • Keep hydrated during the class.
