Did you know there are several ways to lower your blood pressure? Come and learn more about keeping the pressure down! Healthy eating and using the DASH diet is one way to help lower blood pressure. DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension and is a lifelong approach to healthy eating that’s designed to help treat or prevent high blood pressure (hypertension). Participants will learn several ways to keep their pressure down.
