Preggo Dance® is the original prenatal dance and fitness program. Preggo Dance® classes offer gentle and fun dance-based exercises; just for pregnant moms and their babies up to 4 months of age.
This class was created to improve the lives of pregnant and new moms by connecting them with a positive and healthy lifestyle. It is also a chance to connect and make new friendships with other moms in your community.
