Doulas are non-clinical caregivers. They can help pregnant people and their partners before, during and after childbirth with all kinds of support. This can be physical, emotional, and informational support.

There are many benefits to having a doula, like:

  • Less risk of needing a C-Section

  • Less anxiety and depression

  • Shorter labor

  • Better communication between the family and their providers
