OIC of South Florida is now offering an innovative training program called BankWork$® that’s designed to develop the practical skills, knowledge and tools needed to pursue a career in the financial services industry.

Program participants will engage in interactive sessions allowing them to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios, fostering practical skills that stick.

Program Highlights:

• Hybrid Course Format (includes in-person and online classes).
• Expert-Led by a banking industry insider who offers students relevant knowledge and insights on how to build and maintain a successful career in banking.
• Networking Opportunities connect students with local banking institutions for employment placement.
• Certificate of Completion presented for successfully finishing the program, attesting to the knowledge, dedication and accomplishment gained.

• Duration: 8 weeks, Monday-Wednesday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Who is Eligible?

• Applicants must be 18 or older.
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Fluent in English with basic computer skills.
• Cash handling/customer service experience is preferred.
• Standard background checks and other restrictions may apply.
