🌟 DAD-U: for New and Returning Dads – Orange County

Dad-U is hosted by the Healthy Start Coalition of Orange County.

DAD-U is a free program that helps fathers learn key skills to be present, caring, and involved in their children’s lives. It focuses on building strong fatherhood habits and healthy family relationships.

✨ What You’ll Learn:

• 🤝 How to support and help mom
• 👶 Basic baby care and how babies grow
• 💬 Positive ways to guide and teach children
• 🤝 How to work together as parents
• 🧠 Health and self-care tips for dads

📍 Program Format:

DAD-U is offered as a group session that lasts about 2 hours. You’ll meet with other fathers and a trained Healthy Start coach in a friendly, circle-style setting. Freshman dads learn together, and those who return as Junior or Senior Dads help support others.
