Cafe of Life provides basic human needs and services to the poor and hungry in and around Bonita Springs!
Hot Meals:
- Cafe of Life provides a hot nutritious meal for individuals in need in SWFL
- Monday-Friday
- 9:30am-10:30am
- The meals are cooked by volunteers at their homes
- Meals include casserole, vegetable, salad, milk and juice
- Meals also often include hard boiled eggs, fruit, and cookies from the pastry table
- Each meal begins with a prayer given in English and Spanish by the site manager
Supplemental Groceries:
- Cafe of Life also provides supplemental groceries to prepare hot meals at home
- Including: gently used clothing, diapers, toiletries, blankets, other miscellaneous personal goods, and at times furniture and appliances
Other Things Volunteers Do:
- Provide a monthly story reading with new books to take home
- Provide a bilingual Bible Story and prayer time for adults and children
- Weekly story telling
- Provide crafts and games for children
- Weekly Haircuts
- Family portraits at Christmas time
- Church, school, and civic groups provide holiday meals to cook at home, stockings and toys

- From the volunteers to their staff, everyone at the Cafe loves the people they serve.
- They are committed to helping their community by giving back their time and resources.
Step 2: A Team Effort
- They have wonderful volunteers making it possible.
- Cooking, serving, delivering, visiting, and giving, they are all on a mission together to make Bonita Springs a better place.
Step 3: Follow Through
- Monday through Friday, they serve a hearty breakfast and provide necessary services to those in need at their facility in Bonita Springs.
- They also outreach to the community in a variety of ways.
