A Free Monthly Group for Moms

Being a mom is beautiful — but it can also be a lot.
You deserve a safe place to talk, breathe, and feel supported.
That’s why we invite you to Motherhood Unfiltered, a free support group just for Healthy Start moms.

🗣 What Happens in the Group?
You can share your story, listen to other moms, and know you’re not alone.
The group is guided by Jessica Lea, a licensed marriage and family therapist,
but moms lead the conversations by sharing real-life experiences and support.

🧒 Free Kids’ Group Too!
Little ones who aren’t in school can play and learn in a free kids’ group
led by licensed therapist Megan Clements — all while you enjoy your hour of “you time.”
