Want to learn the skills needed to start a career in the warehousing and logistics industry? Feeding South Florida is offering a free 5-week training program to get you ready.
New sessions are starting soon.
In this program you will learn about sanitation and food safety, receiving and handling inventory, fulfillment and shipping, and more!
This program will be conducted for 20 hours a week, for a total of 5 weeks of training.
Location: 2501 SW 32 Terr. Pembroke Park, FL. 33023
To be eligible you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Prove reliability and an interest in pursuing a career in warehousing and logistics.
- Have experienced financial hardship (unemployment, underemployment, government assistance, etc.) during the last 12 months.
- Agree to a background check and drug test.
- Be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Be able to attend classes Monday – Friday.
