If you’re grieving the loss of a loved one or struggling with lifestyle changes, you don’t have to go through it alone.
The Mental Health Association of Central Florida is offering a grief support group to help you find comfort, resources, and guidance during this difficult time.
Who Can Join?
- Adults grieving the loss of a loved one (family, significant other, pet, etc.).
- People dealing with grief from lifestyle changes or the effects of COVID-19.
- Anyone looking for support and ways to cope during tough times.
What’s Covered
- Coping with the stress of grief.
- Tips for handling grief during anniversaries and holidays.
- How to reach out for help when you need it most.
- A supportive community to help you through the grieving process.
How to Join
- Before each meeting, click the event link, fill out the form, and you’ll receive the Zoom meeting link via email.
- Please note the Zoom link may change each month, so be sure to check the link before each meeting.
