Over the course of two Saturdays, you’ll learn labor support techniques, breathing and relaxation methods, pain management options, and detailed information on C-sections. The goal is to ensure you feel confident and ready for this life-changing experience.

• Labor Support Techniques: Learn practical ways to support your partner during labor.
• Breathing & Relaxation: Practice Lamaze breathing techniques to help manage contractions.
• Pain Management: Explore different options for managing labor pain.
• Postpartum Care: Get important information on recovery after childbirth.
• C-Section Preparation: Learn what to expect if a C-section becomes necessary.

• Two-Part Series: The first class takes place on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the second class will follow the next Saturday at the same time.
