The Mental Health Association of Central Florida is here to help you and your family with free mental health services!

What Does This Program Offer?

  • Free group and one-on-one counseling.

  • Help to understand your mental health needs.

  • A personal plan to support your mental health.

  • Case management and other support services.

What Are the Groups About?
Our in-person groups help you:

  • Learn about mental health and coping skills.

  • Build life skills to manage everyday challenges.

  • Share and learn with others in a safe, supportive space.

Who Can Join?

  • Kids’ groups: For ages 6–9.

  • Teen groups: For ages 10–17.

  • Parent and caregiver groups: For those who want to learn how to support their child’s mental health.

Why Should You Join?

  • Get free support from caring professionals.

  • Learn how to manage stress and feel better.

  • Meet others who are going through the same things.

How to Sign Up:

  • Register using the register button and follow the prompts.

  • Fill out a consent form sent by our team to join the group.
