Postpartum, Baby and Beyond is a monthly class presented by the Healthy Start Coalition of Broward County and their partners at Heavenly Births, Preggo Women’s International and Total Pediatric Care.

This class is a caring place for moms to learn and feel supported. We talk about changes after having a baby and special times. 

Sessions include topics on:

  • Baby Wearing

  • Adjusting to Parenting

  • Physical and Emotional Health

  • Healthy Relationships and co-parenting

  • Self-care

  • Going back to work and creating a work-life balance

  • Introducing solids and later picky eaters

  • Navigating developmental delays

Healthy Start Coalition of Broward County

Broward Healthy Start Coalition, Inc. was incorporated on February 14, 1992 and is the leader in Maternal and Child Health policy and programming in Broward County. The Coalition receives funding from the Florida Department of Health and the Agency for Health Care Administration and is responsible for the formation and administration of the Healthy Start system, which includes management of subcontracts for quality services to pregnant women and children birth to age three and monitoring services through quality improvement and assurance responsibilities and accountability.
