Renting Help and Advice

This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn more about renting and financial assistance programs.

You Should Join If You:

• Need help finding income-based assistance programs
• Want to be a smarter renter and understand your rights
• Plan to apply for the Our Florida Rental Assistance Program

How to Sign Up:

• Registration is required for all programs.
• After signing up, you’ll get a confirmation email with details on how to join the class.
• You can also access the class directly after registering.

Important Information:

• UF/IFAS Extension Orange County is a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agency.
• Participants who complete all class requirements will receive a certificate in the mail.

Cancellation Policy:

• Classes may be canceled if not enough people sign up.
• If a class is canceled, you will get a notification email.

Special Accommodations:

• If you have a disability and need special accommodations, contact us at least 10 business days before the class at 407-254-9200.
