💪✨ Connecting Fathers, Connecting Families is a special program that helps dads become stronger leaders in their families and communities. It offers support, education, and tools to help fathers grow and succeed.

What We Offer:

• • 🤗 Peer Support Groups and Parenting Education: Meet and connect with other fathers.

• • 👫 Co-Parenting Education: Learn how to work together with your child’s other parent.

• • 🎯 Goal Setting & Planning: Create clear, achievable goals for your future.

• • 📋 Case Management: Get personalized help for your unique situation.

• • 💫 Leadership Skills: Learn new skills and become a stronger leader for your family and community.

• • 💻 Weekly Virtual Fatherhood Classes: Join us every Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Zoom to discuss fatherhood and leadership.

Who Can Join? 👨‍👦‍👦
This program is for all fathers and father figures, including biological, custodial, legal, adoptive, foster, stepfathers, grandfathers, and non-relative male caregivers. 🏡
