Collier County wants to work together to fight opioid addiction!

  • Opioid Epidemic: Opioid addiction is a serious problem in the U.S., affecting health, safety, and the community.
  • CCSO’s Role: The Collier County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) works with local leaders and community groups to improve health and fight addiction.
  • Drug Response Team: CCSO is part of the Collier County Community Drug Response Team (CDRT) and partners with Drug Free America to stop addiction.
  • Using NARCAN: Deputies carry NARCAN to help people who overdose on opioids.
  • Helping Instead of Jail: The LEAD Program helps people get treatment for addiction instead of going to jail.
