If you are over the age of 18 and are the family member, loved one or caregiver for someone struggling with a mental health condition, NAMI of Miami-Dade is here to help.

This is a no-cost virtual family support group. It is open to anyone in the community who needs a friendly ear.

The group meets weekly on Tuesdays from 7P-8:30P via Zoom.
