Happy Hearts is a fun and welcoming group setting for teens and adults with disabilities (ages 16+) at the Nokomis Community Center. Families and caregivers are also invited!

Come enjoy crafts, lunch, encouragement, music and fellowship in a non-denominational, faith-based setting.

📅 When: 2nd Saturday of every month
🕐 Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
