If you are a new or expecting parent living in Palm Beach County, Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies of Palm Beach has a program for you!
They have in-person and virtual programs on a variety of subjects including:
- Nutrition
- Infant Care
- Yoga
- Breastfeeding and more
They also have support groups specifically for moms and dads too.
