The Career + Care initiative is here to help single mothers-to-be and new single mothers connect with family-friendly employment. Get support to overcome personal and professional challenges so that you can thrive in a career that matches your lifestyle and allows you to provide for your family.
Comprehensive career services are available at no cost, including career exploration, resume writing, interview skills, job search, scholarships to train for a career, and access to other support resources such as transportation and childcare assistance.
Who can participate in Career + Care?
- Single mothers-to-be
- Single mothers with children under 4 years of age
- Must reside in Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, or Sumter County
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
