• The Homeless Helpline serves as a first point of contact for individuals
  and families experiencing homelessness in Broward County.
• Homeless Helpline staff perform a basic screening to ensure the client is eligible to receive services in Broward County, then refer to client to the
  appropriate resource given the client’s unique needs.
• The Homeless Helpline is available Monday-Friday, 8AM to 6PM, Saturday and Sunday, 8AM to 12 noon
