Women’s Self Defense Classes

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is committed to enhancing the safety of our citizens by providing Women’s Self Defense and Personal Safety classes.
This class for women involves three hours of instruction and can be held at your location or at the Collier County Sheriff’s Office Training Bureau, located in the Professional Development Center, 615 3rd Ave S, Naples. The PDC location is based on availability.
A minimum of 10 participants are needed to hold class, and class sizes are limited to a maximum of 30 participants.
Ages: 15 and up.
- Wear comfortable workout clothing (t-shirt/ sweats)
- No sandals or flip flops. No Halter tops. No short-shorts
- Participants only – no spectators due to the sensitive nature of the material
