The Florida Department of Health in Sarasota County is bringing its Health in Motion team to your local library!

What’s available:

• Health screenings for general wellness

• Referrals for ongoing care and services

• Support for individuals without health insurance—nurses will help connect you to a medical home at the Community Health Centers of Sarasota County

Details:

• No appointment needed

• Walk-ins welcome

• Front lobby of the library

• Staffed by licensed nursing and wellness professionals

This is a great opportunity to check your health, ask questions, and get connected to local resources.
