All Faiths Food Bank Pantry Registration & Guidelines

Pre-Registration:

  • Pre-registration is optional but helpful if you’re unable to register in person.

  • To pre-register, fill out the confidential online request form.

  • A staff member will contact you within 1–2 business days to complete your registration by phone.

  • Note: Registration is not complete until you receive an official ID number from the food bank.

Pantry Guidelines:

  • Services are available only to residents of Sarasota and DeSoto counties.

  • Most food distributions are drive-through; walk-ups may be accommodated when possible.

  • Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Households may receive one food serving per visit.

  • If not pre-registered, you will be asked to register in person at the distribution site.

  • Registration is one-time and valid at all All Faiths Food Bank pantries.

  • After registering, you’ll receive a Client ID card—bring this to every visit.

    • Only the primary household member needs a card.

    • Additional household members do not need individual cards.

Authorized Pickups:

  • You may assign someone outside your household to pick up food for you.

  • To do so, complete the TEFAP self-declaration form to officially designate a proxy.
