🏠 Palm Beach County Homebuyer Help Program Opens in March
Palm Beach County has a new program to help people buy homes. The cost of houses is very high, so this program gives money to qualifying residents to help with down payments and closing costs. The program is for both families and single people. The program is looking to help approximately 200 families become homeowners.
What the Program Does:
• Helps people buy a home in Palm Beach County
• Offers money that matches what the buyer has saved — up to $50,000
Who Can Apply:
• You must live or work in Palm Beach County
• You must meet income rules (based on local income levels)
• You cannot have owned a home in the past 2 years
• A pre-qualification letter from a first mortgage lender
How It Works:
• If selected, the county money goes toward your down payment or closing costs
• The program may use a lottery system to choose applicants
• You must agree to live in and own the home for many years after you buy it
