Memorial Healthcare System and the Fort Lauderdale Diaper Bank are hosting an event to give away free adult care supplies and diapers to families who register for this event!

Important Information:

• You MUST register to receive items.
• Bring your QR code (printed or on your phone) to pick up supplies.
• First come, first served! We cannot hold items, and they are only available while supplies last.
• Must meet financial eligibility requirements to receive supplies.
