Join us for a Immunization Event for kids up to 18 years old.

Protect your child’s health and stay up to date with school vaccination requirements at no cost.

Event Details:

• Location: 6501 Magic Way, Bldg. 100A, Orlando, FL 32809
• Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Dates:
  • January 7
  • February 4 and 25
  • March 13 and 27
  • April 9 and 23
  • May 6 and 20

What You Need to Know:

• No cost – all immunizations are free.
• Appointments are required – Spots are limited, so book early!
• Bring the child’s immunization records – Records from other countries or states are accepted.
• Bring valid ID for both parent/guardian and child (cannot be expired):
  • Birth Certificate
  • Driver’s License
  • State ID
  • Passport
  • Military ID
• Parent/Guardian must accompany the child – If a non-parent is bringing the child, they must have a notarized letter signed by a parent/guardian.
